I've placed an order for an AAC Ti-Rant 9 through them. Customer service is great. Very responsive and helpful. Paperwork came two days after purchase and included clear and easy to follow instructions for completing and mailing in with included prepaid envelope.

Curious to see if anybody else has had dealings with them. I decided to give them a try after I saw that that their price was $150.00 less than my local dealer.

I'm in the same boat you are in. I've experienced great customer service and prompt responses to all my questions, but I'm still stuck in BATFE wait period mode....His prices are uber-competitive, and as you've already seen, he is really on the ball with customer service...Let us know about your final experience when you get your Ti-Rant in. We'd all like to know.

I've been so impressed with their customer service, prices and product knowledge that I decided to double down. I went ahead and put in an order for a 22 rimfire can in addition to the Ti-Rant 9 I ordered last November. I'll post once I get the stamp back... guessing I still have 2+ months on the first order.

Be careful with that free NFA trust..... you get what you pay for. And from what Im seeing you might be less then safe.

I used an attorney with NFA experience to draw up the trust separately from the suppressor purchase. Can't speak for Chull.

Good to hear first hand experience

Re: Anybody ever done business with silencershop.com?

Just got the first two cans I ordered through these guys. Great price and exactly as ordered. I doubled down - placed an order for a SWR Spectre II and an AAC 762-SDN-6.

Not sure. It was Chull (see post above) that mentioned somebody there. You might want to PM him.

Re: Anybody ever done business with silencershop.com?

I used Shawn cody for my trust. I took a copy of there free trust as well and compared them similar but not equal. I had to go katy to get my sparrow they were the only dealer that had it in stock. I will say the bull shit they sling gets deep there. I am using silenced amercia now my stamp should be here tomorrow for my 45 osprey.
The shop was Tactical Firearms.
I detest durys their prices are way high, I priced a FNp-45 tactical it was 1250 GT's in austin was 895. That being said still beats nagels

Dave at Silencershop.com is a very knowledgeable and makes it easy to buy? I'm waiting on my MK13 I know a couple other guys that have used them I was put on the waiting list for an Osprey and was notified it was instock by email, i ordered and paperwork showed up 2 days later.

Re: Anybody ever done business with silencershop.com?

I will say I like the website layout, its very informatibe and well put together. I dont like how 90% of the inventory is "email for price". And I would really like a website that listed decibel ratings for each can.

I'm sure it is a MAP pricing issue. They have great prices and it only takes a few seconds to get the prices. DB ratings are very subjective and the manufacturers numbers are not always reliable. They are a very good retailer and I would do business with them again.

Re: Anybody ever done business with silencershop.com?

Bsmith , true.
I just dont like giving my email just to look at the price. As ive had MANY problems with my email being sold and passed around to 3rd parties.

As far as the decibels I know their finiky but if any joe shmoe can post sound meter averages on you tube I dont see why a dealer cant have a universal test rig and put a disclaimer and post sound decibel averages.
(well the companies may not like that but it would be great for a consumer none the less)

Here's one for the 9mm Ti-RANT;
