Anybody try the Leupold CF tripod

I am looking for a cheaper CF tripod and saw Leupold offers one. I would love a RRS but that is not in the cards right now. Has anyone used one for spotting or shooting from?

I have one that I use for my Mark 4 spotter. To use it standing, I have to raise the column all the way up. I would not trust it to shoot from. The RRS 34L I have is in a whole other league. I will say that the Feisol and Leofoto tripods will work great for shooting from. Def take a look at those over the Leupold offering.
