I have an AR with a UBR stock, carbne length handguard and 16" heavy barrel. I am wondering what it would look like with a high power scope (8.5-25x50 or similar with large objective end). Anyone have a setup like this (high power and a carbine length handguard) and a picture of it? I have seen ACOGS, Eotechs, Aimpoints, and low power scopes on ARs but never a high powered one.Thanks in advance.

Custom AR with cheap CenterPoint 4-16 scope. Scope is much farther back now with stock extended.

I have a 16" barreled AR with a carbine length handguard. I have had an ACOG TA33-8 on it for a year and I want to try my Leupy vari-x 111 8.5-25x50 LR on it. I put it on the AR and I am not sure if I am too crazy about it. I like the fact that I can see what I am shooting at but I like the ACOG too....just cant see things through it as well as I can through the Leupy. This picture is what I was looking for. My main idea was to see if anyone else runs a setup similar to mine with the Leupy. Any suggestions?

It's an LT-104, and it doesn't clear the front sight. I still don't see it though, unless I'm on 3x.
