Anyone load for a 41 Swiss Centerfire (Vetterli)?

Have a good dude that converted his Vetterli to a centerfire 10.4 x 38 and wanted to see if anyone can load up 20-40 rounds for him. We will be happy to pay but it's cost prohibitive to buy the dies and such for a few rounds.

Any references would also be helpful to anyone that sells the preformed brass or bullets.
