Im in the need for a dedicated precision trigger and recently got to try the new Timney CE trigger for the AR and it was ridiculous. Im just wondering if anyone has got to put more than a few hundred rounds through them and can speak to the reliability. My concern with very light triggers is the reduced power and slower lock time. I believe Timney says they use a 5lb trigger spring, so that shouldn't be a concern, but I just wanted to check. I found a $30 off $300 purchase code to Brownells, and they said they'll be getting them in stock any day, so if no bad reports, i think ill bite.

Just picked one up last week. My range trip over the weekend turned to shit so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Dry firing it feels good. Pulled an Elfman out so we will see how it does.

Winny, I have been running one since Feb. So far have about 1,600 rounds on it with zero issues. I wanted something for PRS Gas Gun that mimicked my single stage bolt gun triggers. It does that perfectly. More importantly than my own usage, I have seen several dozen other PRS Gas Gun shooters putting many more rounds down that I have with zero issues. Talked with Tommy Thacker in December at the big Arizona PRS comp and he made it sound like they really pushed it through the ringer prior to release for sale.

Man it would be cool to have conections.

I was just about to buy a Hiperfire for my 6 creed. Is there a AR10 trigger in the pipeline?

Anyone looking for. Good trigger should give trigger tech a serious look. Way better the my gieslee

Not even in the same Ballpark as the Timney AR CE.

The Trigger Techs AR tiggers are nice , however, the lowest adjustable weight is 2.5 lb and it's non-adjustable for ergonomics.

The Timney AR CE goes down to 1.5 lb has an adjustable length of pull on the trigger, adjustable cant and removable trigger shoes in a wide selection also it's a Single Stage Trigger with almost no Reset travel.
