Anyone use RCBS 16601 .338 Lapua dies?

So, I bought some of once fired .338 Lapua brass and am having some issues chambering the rounds.
This just doesn’t look right to me....
The case mouth is hitting the end of the die but the rest of the body is still sticking out.... I would imagine this area is causing my chambering issues.
Do any other brands of dies go all the way down to the case head?

I initially set the die with the ram all the way up and started from there. I am bumping the shoulder back .003” when measured using my headspace comparator. Since the sizing die isn’t complete sizing the full length of the case, I believe the portion of the body of the shell that is shown in the picture is where my issue is.
All my other full length dies size down to the case head.
