Anyone using the Timney Tikka Two stage trigger?

I am looking forward to hearing from others as well. SWFA had them on sale for just hnddd $150 so I figured I would give one a whirl and see what it’s all about.

I have one (of many rifles) and like it. I gotta say though, changing from light finger pressure mode to "swing" mode is a challenge for anyone. I like two stages for moving, single stages for stationary. That said it's adjustable. Which helps tremendously.

I was reading something David Tubb wrote, and I may have misunderstood it, about taking out the backstop of a two stage. So,I took all of the backstop out of the trigger. Meaning, it swings well past the release point. On a fast pull of the trigger then, there is nothing to jerk the rifle as you move through the trigger pull. My K-31 is like that along with a couple other military two stage triggers. They are not adjustable.

I have two and they are excellent. Not a cheap trigger here in Australia but flipping the factory trigger recoups some of the cost. Highly adjustable, breaks like glass and no issues as yet. Right up there with my Huber
