We've had some personnel changes recently at APA and are very excited to start releasing some of our new products in the up and coming months. Please take the opportunity to visit our new website at www.americanprecisionarms.com when you get a chance. As with any site it will be an on going project as it grows with our new product line.
Additionally  I'm going to be posting pictures and responding to emails via satellite from the bush in Africa as we break in the new line of APA hunting rifles on safari next month, so be sure to "like" our Facebook page to experience Africa with APA.

Thanks for your continued support.

Jered

Re: APA status update

New site looks great Jered, I'm starting to get the feeling I need an APA in every size, especially since the rifle you just built for me is so boring, it puts everything I feed it thru one hole!
Enjoy your hunt on the dark continent!

Re: APA status update

I have had enough phone calls here to warrant an explanation on my part.
Dave, Mark, & Jason have decided to go into business for themselves. This wasn't a planned event on my part but it needs to be said publicly that I have no desire to be caught up in the he said she said. My brother and I are here to do one thing and one thing only. That's deliver some of the most accurate and well thought out products this community has ever seen. I appreciate all the support and look forward to exceeding expectations one rifle at a time and wish these guys the best.

Re: APA status update

I really hate to see Dave go. I sure hope he made the right decision and wish him the best.

I feel APA is here to stay. I look very forward to recieving my 7 BAT.
Without question I know that it is going to be built right. Fit and finish of all the rifles I have seen come out of APAs shop are perfect. My emails and phone calls are always returned in a timely manner and that is important to me.

Jered

Good Luck in Africa!!! God Bless those poor critters. They have no idea what kind of hunter is headed there way.

Re: APA status update

I can't say enough good things about my "Do-It-All" rifle. Rock solid tack driver.

Thanks for keeping the bar high. Will be back for another soon I hope! ( my son is eyeballing mine every time we go out to shoot )

Tunin.

Re: APA status update

This is actually a blessing for APA.
I've known Jered for 6 years and he's always been a guy to give you the shirt off his back, or an ass kickin, whichever you needed at the moment. He's a great friend, and will always have my support. Now he can actually put into plan some of the sketches he has shown me, which is in his 'book of secrets' that few are allowed to view.

Jered:

Thanks for letting us know about the changes. Similarly, our family real estate office went through migration of agents from time to time. Each event allowed for growth in positive directions. Also provided opportunities for new talent to have a chance.

I’m looking forward to the 6.5 Creedmoor build. Looks like the BO rings were delivered on Friday.

Good luck in Africa next month.

Re: APA status update

It sounds like Jered has a lot of work to do before the trip :^))

I just sent one a week or so ago for some APA touch-ups.

Good luck and safe travels on the trip. Looking forward to the Pic's

Re: APA status update

My APA is the finest piece of craftsmanship I have seen. I dont mean that as any sort of BS either. I literally have been over it looking for any sort of flaw and blemish. I simply cant find anything that is short of perfection.

I know that doesnt make a rifle shoot well, but I also know how incredibly difficult it is to produce anything without blemish. Combine that with the fact that the rifle simply shoots like a laser and it makes it easy for me know who will build all of my rifles.

I wish everyone involved the best, and enjoy your safari.

Re: APA status update

Hydro said it very well! I tell people the same thing. Not only are Jereds rifles are absolute hammers there isnt a flaw when you recieve it. That is why APA will continue to recieve my business as well.

Re: APA status update

Yes I did as a matter of fact and I feel sorry for a few animals when I get her in the bush.

Re: APA status update

Jared,

You will do just fine with the changes in your business. I am saving my money to get you some more backlog.

I will always appreciate you not taking my money for things that would not make my 5R shoot any better.

Watch out for the hippos,

Gil Horsley

Re: APA status update

Jered,

Thanks for sharing with us the state of APA. My rifle you made me two years ago is the finest I have in 20 years of shooting/collecting. It simply has no equal both in terms of fit, finish and accuracy. The rifle shoots better than I do. Just astonishing.

You'll have a return customer here.

Don't get lost in the bush.
