I have got an AR10 in 308, ballistic advantage barrel and BCG, lately on some rounds it has not been going all the way into battery, and then everything locks up. It takes an extreme amount of force on the charging handle to get the BCG pulled back to extract the round. Anybody have this issue or a solution?

Are you shooting reloads ? If so, they might not be sized fully.
I ran into this once. At first I thought it was the barrel, then the problem spread to other rifles. I checked and rechecked my loading process and shoulder bump. Took me forever but I finally figured out that my size die was worn out and not sizing the neck/shoulder junction enough.

Stripped bolt closes on a "GO Gauge"?

I am just asking since a friend had put together a 308 upper from JSE surplus that showed similar problems. We checked and it was a few thou short of closing on a Go Gauge. Some factory ammo would close properly since the SAAMI case spec is several thou less than chamber "GO" spec. Others would get crammed into the chamber as the bolt slammed shut.

That must have been an impressive number of reloads!
It was over 50k of 5.56 on a Dillon, IIRC.
I think part of the problem was my fault. I got most of my brass from a very sandy range, and eventually my tumbling media became very sandy and abrasive. It made the cases kinda rough, and also left a fine dust on them that I think contributed to die wear.
I changed my case cleaning process after this and haven't run into die wear since.
