I got the new Armalite AR-10 T carbine upper. Its the 16" AR-10 T barrel, stainless etc. I shot some various loads with it yesterday and its awesome! With 44 grains of R-15, 168 A-max's in LC brass it was shooting 1/2 moa at 100 yds with 5 rd groups. One group measured .3! I forgot to take any pics of it but figured it was good info anyway. Not all of the loads were that good though. With factory Hornady 150 gr. SST it was right around 1 1/2", 175 Black Hills about the same, and some other loads I tried were hovering right around 1 moa. Beleive it or not 125 grn. TNT's were right at 3/4 moa. That load was 48.6 grains of BLC-2. That may be my short range load and save the 168 A-maxs for the longer stuff. Anyway, very good purchase. Zero malfunctions. At the end of the day I loaded up a full mag with different crappy ammo, surplus etc and emptied it pretty fast and no malfunctions at all.
On the other hand my buddys LWRC REPR- can not fire more than 2 rds without jamming. I will not get into that right now though.
