I’ve got a BRN 180 upper and a RRA lower with the KNS pic rail stock adapter. It’s ok. Needed locktite, but it works. But I’d prefer a sling attachment on the adapter vs on the stock because I use a side-folding stock. I just figure hiking around with side-pulling weight in the hinge will eventually wear and loosen it.
So, I hear (from the comments here) this company doesn't have the greatest reputation?

The sig mcx adapter is tits except it looks like ass on a the BRN 180 (and probably in any AR15 that isn’t a sig).
