AR10 Barrel Length

Hey all,
Just got a barrel in the mail today from Lilja. Question is, do barrel lengths usually include the barrel extension?
That sure doesn’t seem right, but I ordered a 20” and this is what I got......

Probably muzzle to plane of the bolt face +/-0.25"

Length really depends on what you are measuring.
For penis measurement start at the balls and go past the tip
For barrel measurement start at the crown and go to the bolt face.

I just measured my ar10 20". Looks to be the same

Barrel measurement is bolt face to muzzle. From the picture it looks right.

looks good, and so does the measuring tape from the wife's sewing kit.

Yep looks good to me. Muzzle to bolt face...

Easy on an unfluted barrel. On a spiral fluted barrel you have to follow the flutes

Barrel looks correct length. When I measure my private part I use metric. Centimeters always fool the ladies.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I have to issue a mea culpa here as Lilja posts drawings. Its 20" OAL and is correct.

Oh Also, the tape is mine....using it to track my quarantine expanding waistline . Gotta get back on the fitness train.
