Good morning,

I’m going to turn down the back side of a no go gauge to fit an ar10 bolt face. Would anyone be able to give me the ID from one side of the wall to the outside of the ejector? Thanks!

There is no uniform spec for the dimension that you would need. Ejector diameter and placement vary, and some ejector(s) are machined partially into the wall surrounding the bolt face and some are not.

What msgriff said.
Eyeball it with gauge pins.
I would start with a .250" and turn it down until it fits your bolt face.....on this larue bolt it looks like a .232" would be be pretty close for starters.
Just to mention, with turning down on the lathe usually the first operation is to face it off. NOT if it is a head space gauge! Turn to your diameter and make sure there are absolutely no burrs on the end of the gauge which will affect accuracy of dimensions, re-check OAL with micrometer.

Lol. No plans to face it off at all. Not even a clean up cut. My gauge pins don’t go up much past .270 I believe and that was for a locking shoulder on an FAL to set headspace. The Y/M was
OOS on their website. Thank you for your help!
