AR15 barrel on a bolt action?

No! They have different breach systems. You have to remove the barrel extension and then deal with the gas vent drilled into the barrel. Well it could be done but not really cost effective.
EDIT: after thinking about it, not sure it could be done. The reason is action Tenon dimension. After removing the barrel extension and machining the barrel to prep to thread, I am not sure there would be enough thickness for threads.

Thanks for the info. I bought an unused, side charging AR15 set up as a single action with a Lilja barrel that was never drilled. I never shot it and want to sell it to fund a suppressor. But as no one seems interested, I was hoping to sell the lower, upper, stock and barrel separately. Looks like I'll have to send it out and have it drilled. Would you have any ballpark idea of what that would cost?

So you pretty much have a straight pull rifle? There is a small crowd that likes them, pretty big overseas where semi autos are not legal as well if I’m not mistaken.
