I'm looking at upgrading my bipod and am really attracted to the 5H. I'd like to run this on my Arca rail, so I was eyeing the NC version that's a little cheaper and was thinking I'd throw the Area 419 Arcalock on it. But I'm wondering, does this bipod have the clearance to allow for the clamping knob on the side? I know it's a tight squeeze with the ADM clamp, and the Arcalock is even wider.
Arca Swiss with the Atlas 5H?

Doesn't fit. What I did was I used a krg arca adapter and an atlas pic rail bolted to it. I then mounted the 5h slightly forward of the centre of the mount so it would fit
Would a 5H work with a RRS Arca clamp (mine has the silver knob) or does the same hold true as with the 419 clamp?
As long as you have the adapter it should. The adapter makes the MPA or RRS clamp sit further behind so I don't see why it wouldn't work.
