Just wanted to pass on my thanks to Area 419 customer service. My Zero had a very unusual part failure that caused the turret lock block to be stuck, essentially deadlining the press. I sent an email with a description and photo of the problem, and within an hour I had a label printed out and the press on the way back to them to fix a problem they'd never seen before. Turn around at the company was about a day and the press was back to me like new.
