This is a Hellfire Brake in 6.5mm with a NIB 5/8x24 adapter and the HUB Suppressor adapter (1.375x24 / Omega).
These are all the parts you need to convert over to the Area 419 system for a suppressor with HUB (1.375x24) + the Hellfire Brake.
The brake and hub mount were mocked up, but never shot. There might be some residual on the parts from surfaces that were shot.
