Q. Is the bag supplied have a point to change the fill? Looking to have one posted, and it is only an option if it can be sent empty. From some photo's, it looks like it has a fill point.

I can’t speak for any other bag, but the D-Bag from Cole Tac and the pint sized game changer from Armageddon that you can order with the Rail Changer X both have fill points. They come filled from Area 419.
