A couple of weeks ago I posted thread about problem with 6x24 gen ll scope not tracking and was a little upset with the response I was getting from arken. Finally got reply to send scope back and did so about a week ago. Happy to say I received a new scope in mail today. Have it mounted but waiting for cooler weather to test out. Either way I have to say arken has come through with their warranty and can only say thank you and have renewed faith in their word. Thank you Arken

What happens if you take the new one out and its broken too.. 🤣

Just saying....

A good optic isn't represented by the quality of their warranty. But by the quality of their optic.

But, but, but I've got an unlimited lifetime warranty that can transfer from me to Joe Shit the Ragman without a receipt!!!

They'll just send you a whole new scope!!!

And yeah, I'm completely talking shit about Vortex. Fucking garbage.

All companies have flaws in their optics once in a while… ALL of them. There are no exceptions that I am aware of. However, the warranty issue was taken care of immediately, and Arken has a happy customer! That is a big win!!

This is why I stopped using Vortex. Had to use their warranty WAY too many times, both personally and involved with friends' warranty issues. The last straw for me with them was a refurb PST Gen1 2.5-10x32. Loved the scope when it worked, but it broke twice on my Tippmann .22 rifle. The reticle rotated, they replaced the erector, then after a few more trips the reticle rotated again. They sent me a new scope after that and I sold it. Unless it's a Razor, it's a no on anything from them for me.

That being said, I'm giving Arken a chance. They're a new company and companies can't grow or improve if they're never given the opportunity. I like what they're bringing to the table with their product at the price point. And let's keep in mind these aren't $1000 - $2000 scopes. But......"if" the product continues to fail, at any price point, we all know how fast that word will get around.

But I do agree, the best warranty is the one I never have to use.

I had a parallax issue on an EP4. In less than two weeks they sent a new scope with all the trimmings.

I had a broken mounting plate on their halo rings. They sent me a whole new set of rings, all I requested was a couple mounting plates.
Now you got spare parts if you need it. You should get a buddy to call them and ask them can they send out a couple of new plates and if they send just the plates, you end up with a free functional set of 34mm rings. I mean, everything else works on them, why throw them away? LOL

Right! I hate it that they just didn’t send the plates, because now I have a set of rings I can’t use. I’m going to send them a email being strait up, I’m going to tell them I grateful for the rings, but I really would like to buy a couple plates.

There you go, they'll probably hook you up then. If not, you might end up with a 3rd set of rings. 🤣
