ASR Brakes - who's tried what?

Looking to pick up a ASR compatible brake and have it down to 3, 2 of which I have no experience with. Any of you tried them and feedback you can give? This will be going on a 16" 308 gas gun.

Lantac Dragon ASR brake
BG Defense Type A single port (or 2 port) brake.
ASR 3 or 1 port brake (I have an use both on bolt guns)

What can you tell me about the performance of either the BG or Lantac?

I have ASR591's (3 port break) on my AR10, M4 (with a 1/2x28 to 5/8x24 thread adapter) and 300BLK. Makes it very easy to move my Otter Creek Labs Hydrogen L 7.62 around as desired.
