Oakland's first female police chief was unceremoniously ousted Thursday night by a commission made up of a group of civilians. The move caps off a contentious three-year battle between Anne Kirkpatrick and the city she was hired to protect.

I'm laughing my ass off.

They created a hell hole in one of the most expensive parts of the country and have to import police officers because none want to live there but they are shitty officers because Oakland can't afford competitive pay.

The crime is insane so if the officers don't hate the residents in the beginning, just wait.

Of course the residents complain and demand reform at the same time they are becoming a sanctuary city.
