Rifle Scopes Athlon Cronus BTR Gen 2 vs Leupold Mk4HD

I am currently shooting production class in PRS and running the Athlon Cronus BTR 4.5-29x56 Gen 2 scope. Its a good scope but was looking to upgrade but stay under the $2500 for production class limit. How does the Leupold MK4HD 8-32x56 stack up against the Athlon? Is it an upgrade? Was also considering the Zeiss S3 LRP.

I think the Element Theos's MSRP is $2,799.99 and thus too high for use in production class.
