This is a new, never mounted, open box unit. It has the full warranty. If we didn't say open box you'd see it as a new unit. When we open up new product to either show someone here, or for display we wind up discounting it and selling it off as "Open Box" product. If we sell something and it comes back but was never mounted and is in as new condition it too goes into open box inventory. Some places would put this back into new inventory, however, we feel if it has gone out and been out of our warehouse it is no longer new/fresh so we will not put it back into new inventory. You basically get a brand new unit at a discounted price.
