Atlas Bipod keeps untightening

Can't seem to figure this one out. After a bit of use, the Atlas Bipod keeps untightening and getting loose on my AICS stock.

Any tips for this? I keep turning the nob and tightening it....

What part of it is getting loose? Is the tilt and pan getting loose or is it not staying attatched to it mounting point?

Put a conservative amount of non-permanent Loctite on it.

Hold up. First, what version are you running? Do you push a button to fold the legs, or pull on them to fold?

Does the knob on the bottom of the bipod loosen, or is it the attachment to you stock?

Atlas V8. I push a button to fold the legs.

The thing that loosens is the bottom of the bipod that secures it from tilting/moving....NOT the attachment to the stock.

If you do a lot of back and forth panning, it will loosen up.

I believe this is just the nature of the design. Once you get set in, reach up and snug it down.

It really hasn't bothered me because I run my 'pods a little looser than others. I don't like them totally locked down. It has never been an issue on movers or static, long range.

Same here. I get the feeling some folks are trying to turn their bipod into a lead-sled or something.
