Rifle Scopes ATN THOR 4

I purchased a atn thor 4 640x480, 2.5-25X scope for my own use at a trade show in August. I ask if they were ready to ship was told yes. I've been going to texas in November for many year deer and hog hunting. I called several times over the next 2 months got a variety of reason why it had not shipped. The last week of October I was told they would not be ready by the time i would be leaving but they would send me a 384x288 7-28 and if i didn't like it they would trade it out after my hunt i accepted. Paid for Express delivery. It was there in 2 days. Took out of box turned on . Blank screen no picture. Called tech support after 30 min. They said it had to go back and the would have a tech pull the one they were shipping out and check it out before it left the factory . It showed up 2 days later. Took out of box tried to power up no charge. Don't know how they checked it with a dead battery but I charged it powered up blank screen just like the other one I still had. Called 1 1/2 hour later you need to send back and we don't have any more it will be 2 to 3 weeks. So I got ahold of my factory rep an she told me we now have the 640x480 I had originally ordered ready I will ship it. They did it arrives the next day. Took out of box no charge so put on charge. 6 hours later went power up nothing. Used a different charger 6 hour later went power up nothing. Tried another same result. So I think it safe to say I do not recommend the atn thor 4 scopes they have problems. I have 2 of there older models never had 1 problem. They may work out the bugs in the future but for now stay away.

Something just doesn’t seem right about 4 scopes having the same exact problem...

Did you take the cap off.....
