Attach rail to mcmillan stock forend with flush cups?

I have a mcmillan htg that has two flush cups on the lower part of the fore end. I want to attach a rail to the stock for use with an Atlas bipod. Is there a way to do this without any cutting or modifications to the stock? Does anyone make a flush cups instead that would allow an atlas bt17 to be screwed in?

I don't think there's anything that will allow a direct ARCA to flush cup connection. Unfortunately there will probably have to be some modifications made to the stock. Pretty easy stuff though with some basic tools like a drill, spade bit, jb weld, t nut, etc...
