Reading is your friend... Obviously you didn't even look at the rules or even the first post in this thread before posting. It's very straight foreward.

There's one example of how to report scores for the 4P targets.

Here's one for the 50 TRC:

And finally one for the long range comps:
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">Name: Jane Doe
Class: O
Rifle: Marlin 925
Caliber: .22LR

BTW, that^^ would be a wicked score. Cleaning the target with open sights is pretty impressive

Anyways, hopefully this helped. Everything here is very simple, and friendly to new users. You DO have to read through the rules for each competition though. And don't worry too much about making mistakes. We will correct you when necessairy.

25Y - 4P

User Name: Scottie15
6Sight Class: Scoped, Leopold 2.25x
Rifle: Remington Model 37
Caliber: .22LR
Ammo: Fed AutoMatch
Top Left Bull: 42-1x
Top Right Bull: 46-0x
Center Bull: 47-1x
Low Left Bull: 50-4x
Low Right Bull: 50-4x
Total Score: 235-10x

Well, that was fun! My first time trying the challenge. Got my friend to take a break from practicing USPSA games long enough to run though this match with me. He shot a 213-6x (50-5x on the supported prone!). Fun to see how accurate these rimfires can be.

25Y-4P

Name: Joe Martin
Match: 25Y-4P
Class: O (Open Iron)
Rifle: Marlin 80DL
Caliber: .22LR
Ammo: Fed #745
TLB: 40-0X (Offhand)
TRB: 45-3X (Kneeling)
CB.: 44-0X (Setting)
LLB: 41-0X (Prone - Unsupported)
LRB: 38-0X (Prone - Unsupported)
Total: 208-3X

I don't think I'll post a picture of this target. It's nothing to write home about. I was happy with my kneeling score. Will see if I can do any better with Aperture & Scope before the month is out.

Re: AUG. 2011 SH SHORT RANGE RIMFIRE COMPETITIONS

To start with i forgot to get the numbers before we went and tried this for the first time. I shot the target as it read but when it came to shooting the numbers i just had my buddy call out ten numbers to me. Anyways i missed the first cold bore shot then cleared the target with the numbers he gave me the other round in the cold bore shot was just to try it again and again i puled the shot. I scored it at 225 tell me what u think or what you would score it at.

Here is the rig im using.. Annie 54..aint she pretty

Got a question. On number 4 I assumed breaking the line meant cutting the circle. Am I correct?

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">Got a question. On number 4 I assumed breaking the line meant cutting the circle. Am I correct?</div></div>
Yes, breaking the line counts. But for stage four you have to shoot at all of the circles starting with the left-most one and working your way to the small black dot.

Re: AUG. 2011 SH SHORT RANGE RIMFIRE COMPETITIONS

Gotcha. I misread the rules on that one and went for the gusto first.

"as you hit the <span style="font-weight: bold">progressively smaller circles </span>(+5, +10, +20, +30). You may opt to quit at any time and keep the points you have earned for the stage"

I'll got the entire line next time.

Thanks...

Re: AUG. 2011 SH SHORT RANGE RIMFIRE COMPETITIONS

Here ya go. Stopped in the afternoon and got some bench time at a blistering 102 with a little more wind and a lot more sweat in my eyes.

Good thing I did though, later in the evening there was a big brush fire that almost got our range. FD and FS used the range as their base camp so we think it survived the fire. Fire was still smoldering this afternoon but we couldn't get there with the streets blocked off.
