I think it's an M1A, not a 10/22

I would swear that is a 10/22...extended release for rotary magazine, round safety in front of the trigger, fold down rear sight....and there is another .22 on the table with it. But, pictures can be deceiving and I have been wrong many times before!

Note I am referring to the 2nd photo....not the video.

is a m1a, look at the size of the brass being thrown off...not a 22lr
