Avatar image-restoring

I can't seem to figure out how to restore my avatar image. I've looking in the settings and profile menus. What am I missing?

Go to My Profile. Clip on the image above your user name and a pop up box appears with three options to change your avatar

Now, if I can get my post count restored. You look like yours got hit too. LOL.

Yeah, my post count got trashed twice. Once when SH went to the last site, and when it came came here. Oh well, at least the Russians aren't behind it.
