Pretty common....want to see worse? Find some near your local river or pond and see what they do. I have burned up the game warden's number for them stretching a net across the river and catching everything in it. Same enforcement as border viloations...amounts to nothing.

They also ruined a catch and release fly onyl section here in NC....Coke bottles, fishing line with a coat hanger and trouble hooks...
they would throw the coat hanger with trouble hooks at each end into a pool....wait for the fish to cluster again...GIVE IT A Yank and foul hook'em...They cleaned out a truly magnificent area to fish in no time...The dleyaed harvest waters are not worth looking at anymore....

One of my hunting buddies is a game warden here in Texas in the Austin area and we had a discussion about this the other day. According to him the illegals pay their fines like a slot machine. Go figure...
