I have an older AINA 308 barrel. The No-GO is a tight close on one AW and a will not on the AX. I fired 308s from the same lot of Lapua brass from the barrel with this barrel on both the AW and the AX. Measurements, both pre and post-firing, told me what I wanted to know. There is no more than .001" difference. Controlling shoulder bump takes all the "worry" away and the brass lives on.
With 300WM the one thing I have found to build the best, most accurate loads is to religiously use the Innovative Technologies Collet Die every time I load to make sure my should is bumped to proper length and chambers the same every firing.
