AXSR Action Screw Torque?

Hi there, in the AXSR User Manual it says to torque the actions screws to 49 in-lbs on the chart on page 10. Then on page 49 it says to torque the action screws to 53 in-lbs. Is there an agreed upon recommended torque spec for the actions screws on AXSRs? The official user manual seems to be missing a good copy-editor.
