B&C Tikka t3 stock question

Re: B&C Tikka t3 stock question

I think the BC's (Medalist) are a bit more rigid, at least the Rem models are than the HSP, and my smith opened up an HSP Varmint stock to take a ..925" Hart brrl. But the factory brrl was .830". I guess it all depends how much material you have to work with, but I'd rather have a BC stock made for a varmint contour. My HSP still floats the Hart nicely, but you can squeeze hard enough and the stock flexes more than I'd like.

I don't believe you would be satisfied with the rail thickness once you open it up to accept that contour. Unfortunately I don't have one of those action assemblies in hand or I would run it and photo for you.

Have one on the books, but OEM and Custom OEM takes priority. We have about 15 new models on the way but they keep getting pushed out.
