Recently I contacted B&T about an issue I was having with their monopod attaching to my aics 1.5 with a spacer kit. Being a taller individual I had my rifle set io with quite a few spacers. When I received my monopod I found that the supplied bolts were not long enough to thread through. After 10 trips to fastenal and a bunch of phone calls looking for a 100mm fully threaded bolt I gave up. I needed fully threaded because all the other 100mm bolts I had came with a shoulder that wouldn't thread through. I finally called B&T and asked them. They said they didn't have any but would look into it. I thought that was a standard reaponse for You're screwed. So I found another solution, dremel the shoulder down on my existing bolts. Well anyway, B&T called me today to tell me they located what I needed and are sending me one free of charge!
I am thoroughly impressed with this. They didn't give up or forget about 1 customer who has only bought one product from them and that they took the time to call me as opposed to sending an email or something less personal.
I think they're and outstanding company and I'll shop with them again.
