Ballistic AE help

So I've had ballistic AE for about 4yrs now. It has always been plenty good for me until now. I updated it maybe a year to 18 months ago. I've recently built a 223 and a dasher. Both rifles the app is doing the same odd thing and I can't figure out what is going on.

223 shooting 80 Amax's. Data using G1 or G7 is spot on out to 500. Then when I take it out to 800 I'm shooting high. I true the velocity at 800 and now my 500 is way off. I've even played around tweaking the BC numbers. Nothing works.

Dasher 110 sierra's is doing the exact same thing. If I true it out at actually 787yds my 500 yards is off. I bring it back online at 500 and my 800 is off. Ive tried the published G1 and G7 profiles. I tried tweaking the BC's some and still nothing that jives.

Also a weird thing I noticed. If I use the G1 curve my velocities from my Chrono are very close. If I change to the G7 profile I have to true the velocity and it goes up about 100fps. this is on both the 223 and the dasher almost Identical

tsonda, I don't have any useful info to provide, but if you add what twist rate of barrel and velocities you are launching these projectiles at, someone with more knowledge may be able to chime in and help you out by suggesting something. What altitude are you shooting at?

I'm wondering if you may have a bullet stability problem or are encountering issues due to your projectiles approaching subsonic range around 800 yards? Like I say, someone with more knowledge may be able to help you diagnose with a bit more data.

Have you tested your scope tracking with a humbler or tall target test?

two different rifles two different scope.
I'm going out tomorrow hopefully. Ive read up a little I'm going to try trueing velocity at 500 and then tweaking bc for 800 and 1000
