barrel droop

my elk rifle is a Tikka t3 .338 WM. it is a light weight rifle. the question is....how much warmth does the barrel have to have before it starts to droop a bit and effect POI?
I usually take several minutes between shots but after 8-10 rounds the barrel is a smidge warm and it seems the POI seems to start to drift a little. of course could be due to the carbon build up.
your comments pretty please? a basic question i know

Being a bolt action and a big magnum I don't think you could get it hot enough to affect your POI enough to be an issue if you're looking at hunting accuracy.
