Barrel for 22 lr conversion

Does proof make a 22lr barrel blank? I can’t find them but they make 10-22 barrels so they must have rim fire blanks. Does anyone make a 22lr conversion barrel for the Vector?

I am having 5X5 precision spin me up a barrel for my valor qc. $800 total. DI Precision does the curtis conversion too but they run about $1200
