Actually a 2-part question
1) Can precision rifle barrels be imported to the US? I know certain barrels cannot be imported.
2) If so, has anyone ever done this? I know importation doesn't start to get complicated until you are importing something valued at $2k+. I wouldn't think it would be difficult.
