ER SHAW barrel.......yea or nay ?

Have one on a Mauser and a win mod 70 I built, both in 30/06. Shoots ok. Good threads and crown, took a nice blue finish. I would say for a hunting rig they are g2g, for a bench rifle maybe spend the extra hundred for a proof.
Just my 2 cents.

Decent buttoned barrel.
Possibly a green mountain blank.

Lol I take your not a fan of Shaw barrels, thats the kind of feedback I am looking for though.
