The answer is probably don't bother outside of ELR hunting or competition.
Nothing about the 28 Nosler is cheap either. A smith is going to have to turn the barrel for you and you're going to have to replace it awfully soon. I'm gonna assume you're looking to shoot long heavies, which means COAL is going to be a problem and you're going to be into this project for a lot more than just the barrel, too. Powder might be an issue as well.
