Benchmark or Staball match for 6.5grendel

I’ve got both powders and plan on loading 107 sierra’s when my 13.9” gets here. Assuming they shoot well, which powder would give more speed?

I tried up to 31.6 gr of SB Match in my 22" grendel. Decent velocity but did not group as well as the 123Eld's. Ran out of projectiles before finishing load development. I had tried 8208XBR, AR Comp and SB Match. My barrel prefered the 120+ grain projectiles so never finished/found a load i liked.

In theory, the Benchmark will be just a touch faster but I have never tested a 13.9" bbl. YMMV

I dont care to use powders that are as temp sensitive as lvr is.

I’ve tried BLC2, lever, LT-30 and TAC on my 14.5”. I’ve had the best speed and success with TAC.

I’m interested in the Grendel with temp-stable powders too? What’s an average MV without having to step on the brass too hard?

I don’t really care about getting max speed, and even changing speeds isn’t that big of a deal when I can just slap the Xero on top. But having been spoiled shooting Varget/SWPR for a while in my my bolt gun, I’ve gotten used to not having to always dope out my rifle every range trip and I like it that way…
