I currently have a Jewell trigger on my Turbo V3. I am looking to change to a Bix'N Andy or a Flavio Fare. (or some other option that I may not be aware of.) Does anyone have pro's and con's to each to help make the decision.
(Here is some back story if interested in reasons why the change)
I shoot 50 yard benchrest. I had the rifle re-barreled a few months ago. The trigger was set by a top gunsmith and I was told that it there was some trigger issues and it had been set to where it needed to be and that it wasn't perfect but to shoot it and don't touch it. Within a couple weeks, the rifle began to shoot LIGHTS OUT. Now, after fowling the barrel several rounds, when closing the bolt, the cocking piece will sometimes not stay cocked. Also, accuracy has diminished. It still shoots extremely well, but it now it will shoot 3 or 4 really well and then throw one bullet high or low. It is possible that it is just the weather conditions contributing to this as well, but I am strongly believing that it is the trigger causing the majority of the issues.
Thanks in advance
