Called Bergara after I found out my HMR PRO .300 WM wouldn’t ignite CCI-34 NATO spec primers. Ever.
Bergara service rep said they would send me a new spring, and it would work. He did, and it worked. Wolff couldn’t help, nor Brownells.
The spring is longer than the original, and a bit harder to compress when putting the pin and cocking piece back together. The bolt works as it should, and the firing pin does just fine on CCI-34 primers.
I can get back to putting dents in the steel at my range now.

The number on the repair slip stated “2021 Firing Pin Spring”
 
When I had my Bergara, I had a small issue with the ejector spring. I sent them the bolt, they modified the spring and sent it back - quickly. They have very good CS.
 
I wish I had a same experience as some others... I have B14R 22LR whose bolt I misplaced during move last year. I have contacted Bergara last August about ordering replacement and it has been 10 months and they have not been able to sell me one. Every month or so I ping them and get back a message "none in stock check back in few weeks." Is there someone other than main customer service who can help? Any other ideas?
