Berger 338 VLD

I have heard that one of the final products will be a 277 grain VLD with .900+ BC. Anyone hear anything similar and when we will see them?

I've heard the same thing. As for when we will see them. Well lets just say that I've been hearing about the for over 2 years now and the last word I heard was they will be out whenever berger gets done with them. So I wouldn't hold my breath.

When they come out with something like that, I will have a custom rifle build around that bullet! Plug that BC into a calculator with say... a Lapua mag or 338 edge, and it will make you smile

Jbm ballistics bullet list has 250gr VLDs and 300gr VLDs on their bullet list. It doesn't list their BCs, but their trajectories are amazing. This is the first I've heard about a 277gr though, It would make a great addition
