Anyone tried any of these in a 204 ruger. I won't even waste my time trying to stabilize them in my 1-12 twist, but I am looking a a shilen 204 ruger 1-9 twist barrel for an ar-15 upper I want to build. Would this barrel stabilize them? Berger site says 1-8 twist but I have yet to find anyone who makes anything faster than the shilen. Also any estimates on fps for muzzle velocity I would get with this?
