Have a chassis, polymer composite over aluminum frame. Got it bead blasted for paint and needs bodywork, lol, the old paint hid a lot of imperfections. Anywho was thinking acraglas, but was told finished a little rough, was wondering if a similar type epoxy would be better and finish smoother than the acraglas. Thanks in advance

They do make different levels of JB. Use a razor blade to apply it.
And why would you want to use something that’s weak?

X2 on West Systems.
It is by far the best stuff I've ever used.....and I've built surfboards, and boats, and RC cars, boats, planes......let alone the gun stuff.

They have the mostest bitchenest pumps that go into the containers......that are metered, exactly how everyone should do it.
1 pump resin, 1 pump hardener = perfect ratio
10 pumps resin, 10 pumps hardener = still the perfect ratio

I would do 105 resin and 207 hardener myself.

Thanks, I’ll look into the West stuff, bondo was suggested basically for “body work” once paint was removed showed all imperfections
