Most are good. Mega, Noveske, Colt my fav for forged. Sun Devil, TKS, and Mega I like for billets.

Lots of people like Rock River two stages (had two with no problems) but I use Timney single stages now. Jewel has good reputation for two stage too.

Have used Mega forged upper and lowers for two builds and love them. LPKs installs very easily into them, the upper/lower fit is tight, and the finish is uniformly black. Not into ARs anymore otherwise I'd like to give the Mega billets a try.
Only thing I didn't like about the Mega forged receivers is the top coat they apply to the finish. Great for matching the finish and if you want to keep it factory black, but to paint it a different color you would have to blast that coating off before the new finish could stick. Something to keep in mind.

I agree about the best. The best recommendation for a WOA upper that shooters like.
