Gunsmithing Best non-marring barrel vise jaws?

What do you guys use? There is oak and Accu-grip Accu-grip

i got wood

two sets of those blocks for $8. not a woody, but its hard and dense. white oak? used one set for the receiver and one for the barrel. actually, you get 2 sets, one for a bull barrel one for a skinny barrel. i used a rasp on a drill to hog out the skinny block as i have a heavy barrel that the other blocks fit perfect. bare stainless barrel and savage model 10 with that flat black coating on it. neither had a mark

the blocks can be used in a standard bench vise to protect the barrel, i just dont have a vise. well i didnt til built that one. but the wood blocks is what i was really posting a picture of.

if you think she is bad you should have seen the pink one, lol
