Lots of good options. Badger, seekins, NF, Near mfg is where I would look.
The important thing especially with a 700, is to check the reciever for straitness. It's not uncommon to have to bed/shim the rail to ensure it doesn't bend to the contour of a crooked reciever. This was the hard to diagnose issue with alot optics when they get torqued down they bend and bind shit up inside.
One of the many reasons to buy a custom action with Integral rail. One less thing to worry about.

I'm assuming you mean one-piece rings + mount. I've gotten fantastic R700 pic bases from Near Manufacturing. He makes a one-piece as well. It looks utterly fabulous. Integrated recoil lug. You should call and don't email.

Lightweight mount/rings for hunting R700
I’m looking for a mount/rings for a Titanium R700 to be used as a mountain rifle. Any suggestions on lightest setups? I’m looking at the Nightforce direct mount as it’s one piece instead of 2 or 3 but open to suggestions. Do not need cant on it but doesn’t hurt to have.
