What is the best methods for carrying and deploying a puff pillow in competition? Bungee sling? 550 cord? What type of attachment clips?

Been shooting matches for a while but haven't tried a puff pillow yet

I got bungee sling and the puff bag sits on my back and out of my way. When I need it, I'll rotate it so it goes under my arm for support.. Caviat on the bag - been using it less and less. When I did have it, I oftentimes forgot to use it. Overtime i learned to shoot without it.

Ok. My biggest unknown was whether to use a bungee sling or a normal one

Shit, I never thought to put a regular sling on it. I use the carabiner on a bungee, which works. But, it hangs down at about calf level and is in the way for movement. I generally use it for the first position, then forget for the remainder. A regular sling would keep it more in the position where it is available. Like Badjujuu said, forget it enough and you learn to shoot without it- or improvise due to time constraints.

I've definitely been using it less and less.
The sling works for me, bungee replaced the sling now because of the ability to stretch it out. I like the flexibility of putting it on my back and out of my way when I need it. Or just grab the sling and slide it under my arm.

Overtime I've found that managing multiple bags, dope, parallax, etc can definitely cut into your time if you're not proficient. I stick to my good ole shemdium gamechanger and my firing order without adding anything new each match.
